Facilities Management recently completed the replacement of old and failing window film at our 157/175 W. 5th Street Building as part of a project established to repair/upgrade HVAC systems and improve cooling efficiency inside the building. The replaced film will add additional thermal protection from the sun on the south facing part of the building as well as improving the aesthetic of the building, improving San Bernardino County’s image in the City of San Bernardino!
