The Project and Facilities Management Department successfully identified and addressed ongoing issues with the AC units serving multiple offices, including conference rooms and the County’s 2nd District office at 8575 Haven Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga. After several repairs by Facilities Management skilled AC technicians, it was determined that the units had reached the end of their useful life. This proactive assessment led to a strategic decision to replace the units, preventing further costly repairs and ensuring more reliable heating and cooling services moving forward.
