Project Management Division has substantially completed the West Valley Detention Center Ice Banks Project. Phase VI of this project involved the comprehensive replacement of four industrial-grade pumps, including all associated mechanical and electrical components. The scope includes substantial upgrades to the existing electrical infrastructure to support the increased operational load of the new equipment and ensure full compliance with current safety and code requirements. As part of the system enhancement, a Lakos centrifugal separator was installed to improve particulate filtration efficiency. This installation included the construction of a reinforced concrete pad for structural stability, along with the integration of customized piping to ensure seamless system connectivity and optimized fluid handling throughout the facility. Way to go!
