The ceiling tiles in the first-floor public lobby and hallway at 222 W. Hospitality Lane were visibly worn, discolored, and dirty. This same space recently received an LED lighting upgrade, during which select ceiling tiles were replaced with new, high-quality acoustic tiles.

Building on that project by replacing the remaining ceiling tiles with matching acoustic tiles ensures consistency throughout the space and addresses long-standing aesthetic and maintenance issues.

This project provided a clean, modern, and uniform ceiling finish, significantly enhancing the visual quality and professionalism of the first-floor public areas.
