157/175 Civic Center Building Emergency Mechanical System Upgrade

Replacement of the aged Mechanical cooling system at the 157/175 CCB building was completed by Facilities Management in coordination with ABM. The dated non-functioning Mechanical system was replaced with a state-of-the-art energy efficient system in mid-August of 2023.
