At the recommendation of Facilities Management, resulting from continuous issues with roof leaks and interior damage, Project Management Division engaged licensed professionals to assist with the appropriate design to replace this unique metal-clad barrel roof.
The project included the complete removal and replacement of roofing and skylight materials. After the project’s completion, a refund for the recycled copper clad roofing material was received by the County and refunded back to the project’s budget, saving taxpayer money!
