During previous rainstorms, the courtyard at the Windsor Center experienced flooding that caused water to seep into the Center damaging drywall and flooring that surrounded the courtyard. The FM-PM team worked with the Operator of the Center, Behavioral Health, and Risk Management to assess the damages and formulate a plan for repair. The work was completed in September 2024
