The County Government Center recently underwent a comprehensive refresh of several key public and employee areas aimed at improving the facility’s overall appearance, cleanliness, and long-term durability.
As part of the project, restroom vestibules were fully revitalized with freshly painted doors, frames, and walls, creating a brighter and more welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Restroom floors were professionally deep cleaned, and ceilings were repainted to further enhance the cleanliness and presentation of the spaces.
Additional facility improvements included refinishing the 2nd floor wood soffit with a new coat of color and protective sealant, restoring its appearance while extending its longevity. The entire 3rd floor also received a fresh coat of paint, revitalizing the area with a brighter and more inviting atmosphere for all occupants.
To improve durability in high-traffic locations, FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panel) wall protection was installed around the security desk area to help prevent damage and scuffing caused by bicycles and daily activity.
Collectively, these enhancements have created a cleaner, refreshed, and more durable environment that improves the experience for both the public and employees while supporting the County’s long-term facility maintenance goals.
