Following the unprecedented mountain storms of 2023, Project & Facilities Management, in partnership with Land Use Services, assisted many County departments in evaluating structural integrity of County owned buildings.
One building damaged during the storm was the San Moritz Lodge which sustained structural beam damage due to the weight of snow on the roof. Project Management Division replaced damaged interior and exterior beams to ensure safety for staff and the public, and to allow the San Moritz Lodge to operate for years to come!
