Facilities Management recently completed a comprehensive exterior improvement project across Cottages 1 through 9 in San Bernardino.
The project scope included repainting all exterior walls, soffits, fascia, door frames, and carports; replacing window screens; installing durable kick plates on all entry doors; and upgrading exterior lighting to energy-efficient LED fixtures. In addition, exposed and hanging cable wires were removed to improve both safety and aesthetics.
These enhancements not only modernized the appearance of the cottages but also ensured compliance with County standards. The result is a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for staff and those we serve.
