San Bernardino County Public Defender
The demolition of the former First American Title Building and construction of the new 323 Public Defender Building project began on May 16, 2020, and was substantially completed February 14, 2022.
The project utilized a collaborative “Design-Build” procurement method to provide a new office building for the Public Defender, Central Administration team which has been spread-out at various offices for decades.
What makes this project unique to the County is that this was the first building project to have semi-subterranean parking under the building. We are proud to have been central to the planning and execution of this project that will shape the horizon of Downtown San Bernardino for decades to come.
