On March 19, 2024, Facilities Management received an urgent request from County Fire for immediate assistance on a water leak at the Fire Camp in Devore.
Facilities Management immediately mobilized the team to assess the situation. Due to the nature of this campus being shared by multiple agencies, coordination was required with Sheriff’s Maintenance, County Fire, and Special Districts while the Facilities Maintenance Division executed the needed repairs. The repairs were completed in less than three-hours, avoiding a long-term water shut down and disruption to the campus.
